Changing the support url
How to change LiveWhale’s support url.
This setting can be adjusted using the master LiveWhale configuration. (Please see “Configuring LiveWhale” for more information.)
The management interface in LiveWhale contains a “Support” link at the top right hand corner of the screen in order to guide users to this site and the help documentation that’s available here.
If you wish to direct your users instead to your own help desk resources instead of ours, you may optionally change this url.
Open the master LiveWhale config (/livewhale/core/config.php) using an FTP client or via the command line.
Change the “SUPPORT_URL” address to the desired url.
Your change will have an immediate effect on the management interface.
