Support for data exporting
How to export data from LiveWhale.
LiveWhale data can be exported in a couple of ways, according to your preference.
A full MySQL dump of LiveWhale’s data can be performed by an IT staff member or hosting provider using the “mysqldump” command line application.
LiveWhale also provides SQL and XML exports, which administrator users have access to. From the LiveWhale interface, click “Export Data” from the top righthand corner of the screen. Select the format you wish to receive the data in, then click “Export Now”.
