LiveWhale SupportLogged-in users with back-end access (i.e., dynamic content editing, not just page editing) will be able to see the LiveWhale Dashboard.
As an administrator, you have a few options for customizing the dashboard to better aid your community of users.
Add help text
You can use the CONTACT config file option to write your own “Need help?” help text and links for users.
Enabling the Feedback form
In LiveWhale 2.17.0+ you can enable a “Feedback” form for users seeking help. To show this form, set which email(s) should receive the email notifications using the SUPPORT_EMAIL config file option.
